The Outdoor Operations Leader is the point person for all outdoor and field operations at Lazy J Sporting Club. This role holds full responsibility for outdoor staff, regulatory compliance, land and habitat management, operational readiness, and the overall guest experience across hunting, sporting clays, and long-range shooting activities. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends team management, logistics, equipment oversight, and coordination with internal operations teams to ensure the property is well managed, safe, and consistently guest-ready.

Position Information 

• Position located in Ideal, South Dakota

• Pay range determined by level of experience
